JAMES MORRISON
Single: Get To You
Release: 16th November 2009

James Morrison will release a deluzxe album edition of his double platinum album 'Songs for You, Truths for Me'. The two disc album will feature the current album plus two new tracks on one disc and an intimate acoustic performance on the other.

This song was recorded in between James' summer touring commitments. 'Get To You' - a delicate but determined declaration to the love which is just beyond reach - will be released as a single on 16th November.

James handpicked a selection of his favourite songs from this album and his debut, the Brit winning 'Undiscovered', to perform acoustically on the second which also features a stunning interpretation of Michael Jackson's 'Man in the Mirror'.

His last single 'Broken Strings', a duet with Nelly Furtado, has sold over a half a million copies, spent ten weeks in the top ten and is his most successful single to date.

Single: Nothing Ever Hurt Like You
Release: 13th July 2009

James Morrison wrote more than 70 songs before settling on the dozen that comprise this follow-up to the two million-selling Undiscovered – on the grounds, apparently, that these are the most personal.

‘Nothing Ever Hurt Like You’ features an almost Motown-inspired old-school funky beat, Morrison’s heartfelt vocals compliment the flow of the music. His music remains easy on the ear and sticking to the sound that's made him famous has really paid off.

Single: Please Don't Stop The Rain
Release: 6th April 2009

He was the biggest selling British male solo artist of 2006 and Brit Award winner in the best male category in 2007.

Morrison's debut album Undiscovered has sold over two million copies and five singles have come from it “You Give Me Something”, “Wonderful World,” “The Pieces Don't Fit Anymore,” “Undiscovered” and “One Last Chance.”

His latest album “Songs For You Truths For Me,” has been riding high in the charts since its release last year and includes the singles “You Make It Real” and “Broken Strings” featuring Nelly Furtado.

Single: Broken Strings (with Nelly Furtado)
Release: 8th December 2008

Now, for the second single from his Songs For You, Truths For Me album, he's teamed up with Nelly Furtado on 'Broken Strings'. Together their rasp-like vocals build towards a surprisingly gripping and emotional climax, making 'Broken Strings' a perfectly fine offering at this time of year.

James' debut album Undiscovered was released in 2006 and reached No. 1.

Single: You Make It Real
Release: 22nd September 2008

As well as having one of the biggest selling albums of 2006, James Morrison was also the standalone biggest selling British male solo artist of that year. Now two years on he's back with new material.

It's a song about that significant other, who keeps you in check when your life is going to hell around you. It was co-written by James and Paul Barry and produced by Grammy award-winning producer Mark Taylor. James' debut album "Undiscovered" went straight in at number one at Number 1 in the UK album chart in July 2006 and went on to sell over two million copies worldwide.

Since then he's toured with Corinne Bailey Rae, John Mayer and played alongside his hero Cat Stevens. He also won Brit award for best Male in 2007 where he was nominated for three gongs.

The next album "Songs For You, Truths For Me' is out on 29th September 2008.

Single: Undiscovered
Release: 12th March 2007

Amazingly this is James' fourth and the title single from his debut album. Newly crowned "Best British Male Solo Artist" at the Brits '07 he's also confirmed to play the Isle of Wight Festival in June (which has sold out).

Single: The Pieces Don't Fit Anymore
Release: 18th December 2006

The third single from 'Undiscovered ' is about love and maybe losing it, and the depth of his sound portrays his emotions well.

We can buy Undiscovered for less than £10 along with our weekly groceries to listen to on dark nights - so James Morrison can even sing us to sleep.

Judging by all the personal thank-yous he mentions on his CD credits he seems like a really nice guy ... we've met him and can second that!!

Single: Wonderful World
Release: 16th October 2006

Here's track three from the debut album 'Undiscovered'. He's already gained heavy airplay, and his debut album, Undiscovered, has been number one on both the Amazon pre-release chart and iTunes album chart.

The 21-year-old's gravelly voice lends him a sense of gritty experience, and he says he has already come through more than his share of life's troubles.

Single: You Give Me Something
Release: 17th July 2006

You may recognize James's name if you happen to have seen Corinne Bailey Rae on tour. It's not very often that the support act is something worth seeing, but James Morrison, is an exception to that rule.

James is a new young talented artist who writes his own songs.

James got offered a leading part in a Hollywood film thanks to the Producers being impressed with his music demo! He was going to play a musician in love with a girl ... but he turned it DOWN and knew he did the right thing! A 100% focus on music has payed off and this singer's got a future ... there's absolutely no doubt about that.
