Help us raise £50,000 to build Jenna's dream

Unfortunately Jenna is no longer here to finish the work she started.

Jenna was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 15. After a brief period of remission her cancer returned with a vengence and sadly she died this past February at the age of 18.  Last year when she was in remission she was asked if she would be willing to work with The Teenage Cancer Trust to launch their appeal for a Teenage Cancer Unit. She was happy to support the appeal for the unit. She wanted others to benefit from the new unit which will provide a music room with chill out space.

Jenna“Jenna was loaned to us for a short time and we were privileged to be her parents for that time. It is a shame that it is not a very good success rate. The time they are going through their treatment they will now have somewhere to go and a place to socialise and be with their friends.”
Craig and Diane, Jenna’s parents.

We need your help to raise £50,000 to build the music room in The Teenage Cancer Ward which will allow sufferers to have somewhere to try and live their life while undergoing the devastating treatment they need to survive.

We are asking for support to give these teenagers the chance to have a music room where they will have access to all the things that modern teenagers take for granted.

Aside from all the wonderful facilities that will be on offer, this is a place where teenagers can come and socialise with those of their own age. Statistics show that if teenagers have access to these rooms, there is a 15% increase in survival rates.

The Music Room will have broadband access, cutting edge computer equipment, musical instruments and comfortable seating. The new facility will provide the very best environment creating a “home from home” atmosphere for difficult periods of hospital treatment.

Please help us Build Jenna’s Dream by making a donation today. Please encourage everyone in your organisation to do the same.

Every single penny of your donation will go towards building this incredible facility and making a difference. There is no administration, salary or promotional costs to cover.
