Many schools in the South will be closed on Thursday 30th June as thousands of teachers go on strike.

Two unions, the NUT and the ATL, are involved in the action.

As not all teachers will be striking, some schools in the south remain open, while others are closed or partially closed.

Below are lists of the school closures in each local authority, or links to the list on the council's own webpages.

Please note that these were correct as of 14.00 on Wednesday 29th June, and schools and councils may be updating these lists.
